By using the Inbay messenger application and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Inbay Inc. provides a decentralized, anonymous communication environment. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Anonymity and Account Security

No Personal Binding: We do not require or verify your identity. Your account is identified by a unique cryptographic hash.
User Responsibility: Since we do not store passwords or recovery emails, you are solely responsible for the security of your access keys. If you lose your keys, your account and all encrypted data are permanently irrecoverable.

3. Zero-Knowledge Infrastructure

You understand and agree that:

Our service uses End-to-End Encryption (E2EE). Inbay Inc. has no technical ability to monitor, intercept, or decrypt your communications.
We do not store messages on our servers after delivery.
We cannot provide logs of your activities to any third parties because we do not collect them.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

While we champion total privacy, you agree not to use the service for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

Spamming or automated mass messaging that degrades service performance.
Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Any activity that violates international laws or the laws of your local jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, and UI designs associated with Inbay are the exclusive property of Inbay Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or business communication.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Inbay Inc. makes no warranties regarding the constant availability of the service or the absolute invulnerability of encryption protocols to future technological breakthroughs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inbay Inc. shall not be held liable for any content sent or received through our platform. We act as a neutral "pipe" for encrypted data. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for lost data, lost profits, or any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Compliance with Local Laws

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of encryption and anonymous messaging complies with their local regulations. Inbay Inc. operates in accordance with applicable laws regarding data residency where strictly necessary (e.g., RU Federal Law No. 242).

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also block access to specific cryptographic hashes if they are found to be abusing our infrastructure (e.g., via DDoS attacks).
